Fred Swan Fred Swan's meticulous attention to detail give his paintings an immediate, recognizable style. It taps an appreciation for those things in life that are good and wholesome. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he is entirely self-taught. Due to the lentght of time necessary to complete a piece, he is often unable to fill the demand for this work. Despite this fact, he has retained the integrity of this art by consistently limiting the number of each publication.
